Golden Maple Syrup 250 ml

Vermont Fancy was the original name before the industry  changed it to "Golden, Delicate Flavor." For me, it will always be Fancy. This grade is defined by light transmittance between 75 and 100%. It generally has a delicate flavor except for its vanilla notes. Fancy has the most pronounced vanilla notes of any grade maple syrup. 

Only 7% of our 2026 harvest is Fancy, so it is prized for its nuanced flavor and rarity.
