En mars et avril, dans notre petite ferme du Vermont, aux États-Unis, nous fabriquons du sirop d'érable primé et l'importons en Suisse, où nous vivons le reste de l'année. 

Notre objectif est de produire un sirop d'érable extraordinaire qui éveille les sens et fait le bonheur.
