    Vermont Maple tahini dressing


    Ingredients


    1 petite Gousse d'ail, pelée et râpée
    120 ml d'huile d'avacat
    60 ml tahini (pâte de sesame)
    45 ml vinaigre blanc
    30 ml Amber Vermont Maple sirop
    3 ml du sel
    2 ml de poivre blanc

    Preparation

    1. Réduisez en purée l'ail, l'huile, le tahini, le vinaigre, le sirop d'érable, le sel et le poivre dans une mini préparation ou dans un bocal avec un mixeur à immersion ou fouettez le tout à la main dans un bol moyen.

    Our family has been making maple syrup since 1840. We built our current sugarhouse in 2010 beside an old-growth sugarbush, where towering maples - most 100 to 200 years old - provide sap we transform into syrup that captures the best of the land and our understanding of the science of maple. 

    We live in Switzerland, but return to our small farm in Vermont every Spring to make maple syrup.
